Driving Instructions

60 minute drive from Brisbane on the Cunningham Highway.
50 minutes to the East of Toowoomba.
Take a luxury Coach or Limousine transfers from Brisbane, or a train to Rosewood.

From Brisbane

1. Take the Ipswich Motorway (following signs towards Ipswich and Toowoomba). Then take the Cunningham Highway Exit (to Warwick & Amberley RAAF Base).
2. After 17.4kms, turn right onto Ipswich Rosewood Road (following signs to Rosewood).
3. After a further 11.4kms turn right at School Street following signs to Marburg & Grandchester). Travel for 1.4kms, passing over a set of train tracks and turn left at the roundabout (following signs to Laidley).
4. Travel for a further 13.5kms passing through the township of Grandchester and over railway tracks - following the signs to Peppers Hidden Vale - that will lead you onto Mt Mort Road. Continue along Mt Mort Road for a further 6 kms and you’ll find Peppers Hidden Vale on the right hand side

From Brisbane Airport

1. Exit Brisbane Airport following the signs to the city
2. After two roundabouts, be in the left lane and turn on to the GATEWAY motorway (Road Number 1) which leads to Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast
3. Stay on this highway, pay the TOLL, and continue, following signs to Ipswich/Toowoomba
4. You will veer right to Ipswich/Toowoomba onto another TOLL
5. Continue along and you will be on the Ipswich Motorway and pay another TOLL
6. Soon after the toll you will merge with another road and go past areas such as Goodna and Redbank
7. After going past Redbank Mall which is on your left, Stay in the left lane as your turn off is soon
8. Exit the freeway at the CUNNINGHAM highway (Road number 15) which directs you to Warwick and RAAF base Amberley (It is the exit AFTER the Warrego Highway Toowoomba exit)
9. Stay on this road for some time until you see a Mobil on the right, your turn off is the next right
10. Turn onto the Amberley Road to Rosewood follow the signs to Rosewood
11. When you approach Rosewood (approx 15km from the turn off), turn right, the road leads you that way, and go up the main street of Rosewood
12. When you reach the roundabout turn left to Grandchester
13. 13km to Grandchester, drive through the area and the road will veer left with a sign saying Peppers Hidden Vale 6km
14. Once over the main tracks, stay going straight ahead on MT MORT ROAD and continue up this road for 6km and the Retreat will be on your right with a big white gate
15. Proceed straight up the driveway to Reception. Welcome to Peppers Hidden Vale

From Toowoomba

1. Exit Toowoomba following Warrego Highway towards Brisbane
2. Follow the Warrego Highway for 51 kilometres until you reach a town called Plainlands.
3. Turn right at Plainlands following the signs to Laidley. (Laidley – Plainlands Rd).
4. Continue along this road for 9 kilometres and head through the township of Laidley, until you reach a T intersection. (Laidley Rosewood Rd)
5. Turn left here following signs to Grandchester.
6. Once over the range, continue along until you see the welcome sign for Grandchester.
7. Follow this along and take the next right turn, (MT MORT ROAD) seeing the signs for Peppers Hidden Vale.
8. Continue up this road for 6km and the Retreat will be on your right with a big white gate.
9. Proceed straight up the driveway to Reception.
