It is a 32 room Retreat located one hour from the centre of Brisbane, 6km from the tiny community of Grandchester in South East Queensland and 30 minutes west of Ipswich. The small towns of Rosewood and Laidley are each 20 km away.

The South East Queensland country region is an exciting tourist destination with boundless potential due to its proximity to Brisbane & the Gold Coast, natural beauty and range of activities.
Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys , Peppers Hidden Vale is a luxurious retreat oozing old world charm and elegance.
The original Homestead, built in the 1920's, is testimony to Australia's colonial past and has recently been transformed into an intimate retreat. While maintaining the heritage and elegance of a bygone era, Peppers Hidden Vale also gives you the opportunity to gain an insight into the workings of a modern cattle property with all the comforts that you would expect of a Peppers Retreat.
Elegant guest accommodation is located in cottages scattered amongst country gardens. Each cottage has its own distinctive character ranging from a quaint one bedroom Chinese cottage built in the late 1800's to a six bedroom cottage that was formally the Station Manager's home. All 32 guest rooms and suites offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys from large verandahs.
The cattle station, complete with cattle, horses, working dogs, camels and an abundance of native wildlife, offers a host of outdoor activities to excite the adventurer in just about anyone. Guests can take in the natural flora and fauna during horse riding day tours, leisurely bushwalks or 4WD tours lead by trained guides.
